2013 Education Champions

They live in your communities, go to your school or work next to you. They are from Brant, Brantford, Haldimand, Norfolk, New Credit and Six Nations. They have each overcome their own obstacles and challenges and have truly inspirational stories.

Whether it is going back to finish Grade 12, staying focused on upgrading their skills while on the job or returning to college or university, education has been an important goal for our Champions. They have changed their lives because of this commitment to learning.

Our Champions may have overcome illness, personal tragedy, job losses or financial strains, but they stuck to their goals.
